Spelthorne has a thriving business community, with a range of enterprises from small start-ups to global companies. With its proximity to London, Heathrow and great transport links, Spelthorne is an ideal hub for new and existing businesses.
I regularly visit and engage with local enterprises to listen to their concerns and in Parliament, I call for businesses friendly tax reforms and campaign to cut red tape. With the vital role local businesses play creating jobs and wealth and contributing to the economy we need to do all we can to enable them to flourish. Spelthorne has already achieved a large degree of success but Brexit offers us many exciting new opportunities and I’m very pleased that Spelthorne has proven that it is open for business and I am confident we can continue this trend moving forward.
