Floods: MP raises issue in Parliament

The Conservative MP for Spelthorne, Kwasi Kwarteng, led a debate on flooding and the River Ash in Staines-upon-Thames, on 12 May 2014.The area was severely affected by flooding earlier this year, and Mr Kwarteng wanted more information from the government on who is accountable for the damage. BBC Democracy Live 12/5/2014
