I arranged for Google to come to Spelthorne and deliver a detailed workshop for local businesses helping them to master the digital world and better promote their businesses via social and digital media channels. We had a great turnout and the event was informative and interactive.
I was pleased to re-open the Spelthorne Museum following its redecoration, and to inaugurate the new temporary exhibition on the history of the Fire Service in Spelthorne. This coincided with the 280th anniversary of when 1738 fire engine was built for the Parish of Staines.
