On 19th May, Kwasi visited Echelford Primary School in Ashford. He enjoyed speaking to a wide range of students, from years 2 to 6, about his work as an MP and the role of the government. He was very impressed by the students’ thoughts and questions, and he was pleased to meet some of the students who had previously written to him about climate change.
Kwasi also met with the school’s new Pupil Diversity Ambassadors. He was delighted to hear about their efforts to ensure that every member of the school community feels represented, regardless of ethnicity, religion, culture or background.
