Kwasi is fully supportive of the ‘Spelthorne in the Zone’ campaign to extend Zone 6 to all of Spelthorne’s railway stations.
This would be of great benefit to Spelthorne residents who work in London, or simply want to travel to the capital, and would encourage visitors to the Borough.
Kwasi has met with Transport Ministers and the managing director of South Western Railways to push Spelthorne’s case for inclusion in Zone 6.
Kwasi is continuing to work with Spelthorne Borough Council and local campaigners to try and bring Zone 6 to Spelthorne.
